INTELIA FILMS STUDIOS REGULATIONS

Tenant’s Civil Liability:
The Tenant shall be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage occurring in the Studio during the lease period, regardless of whether such incidents are caused by the Tenant, their personnel, or any individual involved in the filming process. Whether adults or minors with permission from their guardians to participate in the filming to take place in the studio.

Responsibility for Equipment and Facilities:
The Tenant shall be responsible for any damage or loss of equipment and facilities in the Studio during the lease period.

The Lessor shall not be liable for any equipment or personal property left in the Studio by the Tenant or their personnel.

Conduct of Personnel:
The Tenant shall ensure that their personnel, as well as any other individuals participating in filming in the Studio, maintain appropriate and respectful behavior at all times. Any inappropriate conduct negatively affecting the Studio or third parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of the contract by the Lessor.

Prohibition of alcoholic beverages:

This is implemented to maintain a safe and professional working environment. Alcohol consumption can affect people’s ability to work safely and efficiently, and it can lead to inappropriate behavior.

No smoking policy:

This includes both traditional cigarettes and electronic ones. Smoke can be bothersome to other people in the studio and can affect air quality, as well as pose fire hazards.

Prohibition of violent or illegal acts:

This is essential to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises and to comply with relevant laws and regulations. Any act of violence or illegal activity can endanger people and damage the studio’s reputation.
